1. Sponsor: Property Tax Buster Inc 139 N. Central Avenue Suite 6 Valley Stream, NY 11580. Sponsor’s decisions concerning all matters related to this giveaway are final.

2. Prizes: Up to 5 winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will be randomly selected to receive the following prize as detailed below:

1 Winner will receive Apple iPhone 14 Pro 128GB (approximate retail value $829 USD plus sales tax). Winner will be chosen from first batch of 300 online grievance applications received and any mail in entries received by November 30, 2022.

Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, New York state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No cash substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes is allowed, except as allowed by Property Tax Buster Inc, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Limit one Prize per household.

3. How to Enter: The first 1500 online applications received by November 30, 2022 for the current year (2024/2025 tax year) grievance will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Grievance Applications can be filled online at www.PropertyTaxBuster.com. In order to be eligible for the sweepstakes, the entrant must meet the requirements for the Tax Grievance application and be a residential home owner in Nassau County. The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

4. Mail in Entry (no Application required): To enter by Mail: Mail a 4 x 6postcard, including your complete name, mailing address, daytime phone number and email address to: Iphone Sweepstakes, 139 N Central Avenue, Suite 6, Valley Stream, NY 11580. One Entry per house hold beginning September 1, 2022 and must be received by November 30,2022. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries. Only one entry per household allowed regardless of the method used, if online application has been submitted mail in entry will be void. Open to residential homeowners of Nassau County, New York.

5. Eligibility: Open to residential homeowners of Nassau County ,New York, United States of America (except as prohibited below), 18years of age and older as of September 1, 2022, except for employees, directors, officers and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household of: Property Tax Buster Inc (“Sponsor” or “PTB”) (and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies).Property Tax Buster Inc is the “Promotion Parties.” Void where prohibited by law. Incomplete, Defective and/or duplicate applications and unpaid/delinquent client accounts are not eligible as per discretion of PTB.

6. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant (“You”)agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

Up to Five winners will be randomly selected on or about March 1, 2023, to receive the Prize among all eligible entries received. Winner will receive the prize on or about June 1, 2023. Odds of winning depend on the number of applications and or mail in entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or verified, is disqualified for any reason in PTB’s discretion, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, then the Prize will be forfeited and may (but is not required to) be awarded to an alternate winner. Provided sufficient time remains, in PTB’s discretion, PTB will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential winner must sign and return any required forms including, for example, W9, Affidavit of Eligibility and Release no later than the date set by PTB. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of Prize; and, PTB shall have the option (but not the obligation) to award the Prize to an alternate winner. PTB, in its sole discretion, will determine how many alternate winners, if any, to select. All taxes, fees, and costs (other than those specifically referenced in the Prize) resulting from acceptance of Prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Property Tax Buster Inc, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting the Prize, the winner authorizes the Promotion Parties to (a) use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, except where prohibited bylaw, and (b) divulge the name of the winner. All federal and New York state laws apply.

7. Entry Period: Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Beginning on September 1, 2022 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“Start Date”) through November 30, 2022 at 11:59p.m. Eastern Time (“End Date”). Limit of one entry per household.

8. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about March 1, 2023.The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Winner will receive the prize on or about June 1, 2023. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, New York state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

10. Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or here after developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

11. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different addresses. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes maybe a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Property Tax Buster Inc and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii)unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii)electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v)the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive Prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this giveaway; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the giveaway, or announcement of the Prize. If, in Property Tax Buster Inc’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the giveaway, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the giveaway, PTB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this giveaway in any manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the End Date. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

13.Disputes/choice of law & forum: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of New York State, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in United States having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions. Entrant further agrees that any disputes must be resolved through Arbitration in Nassau County, New York and any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or New York state courts located in Nassau County, New York.

14. Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period. For the names of the Prize winner, available after March 1, 2023, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to the Sponsor at the address below.

15.Miscellaneous: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, or any other platform regardless of the method of transmission of notice about the giveaway. Each entrant or participant agrees to a complete release of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, or any other platforms used in marketing the giveaway.

16. Prize warning: Winner may receive a prize that is subject to California’s Proposition 65 (“Prop 65”) labelling and warning requirements. By registering for the giveaway and as a condition of receiving a prize, the entrant acknowledges and consents to receipt of prize(s) that may be subject to Prop 65. 17. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
